Susan Lohf

Manager, Human Resources and Accounting

Susan Lohf is the Manager of Human Resources and Accounting at Mississippi Valley Health (MVH) which encompasses Mississippi Valley Surgery Center, Mississippi Valley Endoscopy Center and Mississippi Medical Plaza Development.   She possesses over 16 years of Human Resource and Accounting experience at the surgery center.  She has responsibility for all areas related to finance and accounting and human resources including financial statement preparation, all accounting functions, lease management, talent management, equal employment opportunity practices and compliance.

Prior to joining our team, Sue spent 17 years within the banking industry and has held various positions in banking including, Vice President and Manager of Loan Administration and Credit Analysis at First Midwest Bank/Western Illinois.   She also spent a year of her career at Mid-American Energy where her duties included Analyst and Supervision of the internal help desk.

Sue served for several years on the Bettendorf Booster Club leading the Club Stores and Concession committees and volunteered as Treasurer of the PTO and Treasurer for Kappa Kappa Gamma at Iowa State University, Race for the Cure and Festival of Trees.  She is the current Treasurer for a homeowners’ association and Treasurer for the Iowa Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (IAASC).  She is a also member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).  Sue enjoys volunteering for St. John’s Vianney and on the finance committee for the John Deere Classic.

Sue grew up in Hanover, IL and graduated from Bettendorf High School.  She attended St. Ambrose College majoring in Business Administration.
